Plat offers users geographically-locked news, updates, and events happening in your community! You
must first choose the location in which you would like to set as your community. Then, you are able to
read, create, and save articles only withinin your chosen area (up to 10 km away!)
User's articles must be attached to a location on the map. This means that you are only seeing articles
about and in your community and that only others in your community will see your articles.
